玻璃光纖是由高折射率的光學(xué)玻璃芯料與低折射率的光學(xué)玻璃皮料所構(gòu)成。當(dāng)光線以一定角度進(jìn)入光纖后，在芯與皮界面上發(fā)生多次全反射，將光能由一端傳至另一端，實(shí)現(xiàn)光的傳導(dǎo)。多組分玻璃光纖主要性能參數(shù)：?jiǎn)谓z直徑20~55um；數(shù)值孔徑0.5~0.75；透過(guò)率每米>55%;光譜范圍380~1350nm。
